I have been reading all the new tweets and posts about National Vegetarian Week, Monday 20th – Sunday 26th May and it got me thinking about creating a special NVW meal to celebrate. I might even go for a three course menu?
I always look forward to NVW as they have some delicious vegetarian and vegan treats available in Albert Square – along with cookery demonstrations and some very lovely people! It always inspires me to find new recipes and to adapt ones that I already have.
TO help me along, what sorts of things do you look for in a special meal? What is your favourite meal/starter/pudding? I’d love to hear your thoughts and I might even include them in the meal.
