Hello and welcome to my blog.
I am Sarah, a vegetarian, eco-friendly, cat loving artist with a passion for food.
A bit of background to let you know a bit more about me. I live in Manchester with my boyfriend and 5 cats (yes, I am a bit crazy!). I work part-time for an environmental charity and spend the other time taking photographs, being a virtual assistant and generally being arty or researching things on the internet.
For many years I have been creating weekly meal plans for myself and my boyfriend, for many reasons that I will outline later. It has been the source for many sniggers, bemused looks and strange questions about ‘what if you don’t fancy that when you get home’, ‘what if you don’t feel like cooking’ etc.
It is because of these questions, comments and sniggers, and from many requests by my meal planning (almost convert) friends, that I have decided to produce this blog.
From here, I will explain the benefits of meal planning, for the wallet, the environment and for your health, and share my weekly plans for you to try. If you have any questions, comments or fancy getting in touch, please do, I’d love to hear from you!
